CANCELLATION POLICY
Tele-A-Nurse is committed to providing exceptional care. Your appointments are important to us. We understand that situations arise where you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice.
Providing advance notice, allows us to fulfill other clients’ needs. We provide easy booking, canceling, and rescheduling.
Appointments that you do not show up for or provide less than 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment are considered missed appointments. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or provide less than 24-hour notice, you may be subject to a 25.00 service charge.
We will refund you for any visits canceled within the following 24-hour time constraint. Please contact us the day before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
